STUDENT TESTIMONIALS

Hanna - passed her KS2 SATs

Before my daughter Hanna started Becca maths tutoring, she felt that she didn’t have much confidence in maths. But after few sessions with your math program I can see the change happening in my daughter’s confidence and skills.

We both find you to be excellent teacher because you make math so interesting and fun subject.

Hanna looks forward to maths sessions because she says that you explain different angles in maths in way that’s easy to understand. I also find your teaching style to be warm, engaging and encouraging.

We are happy and appreciative that your teaching and encouragement has increased her confidence in maths and will contribute to her academic success.

I would highly recommend Becca maths program to all parents who has children with less confidence in maths or may find it tricky.

Thank you for being wonderful help.

Kafia ( mum of year 6 pupil)

Paynton - smashed her 11+

My daughter is currently in year5 preparing to sit her 11+.

I was informed that some maths questions in the exam are not taught till year6. Being quite worried about this my husband sourced out Becca from Facebook.

OMG did he get it right, Becca has been an extraordinary teacher for our daughter, Becca has not only taught her 11+ maths but new techniques to work out the answers quicker.

She has taken the time to work out a strategy plan to help her with timed questions in the exam and installed a new confidence in our daughter.

She is now scoring 10% higher markers in her mocks and has recently been chosen to represent her school in their maths challenge .

I can’t thank Becca enough and would highly recommend her not only for her teachings skills and fun lessons but the individual time she takes for each child.

Thank you Becca.

Ivy - went from scoring 40% to averaging 85% in 11+ Maths!

What was going on in Ivy's maths studies before she joined the Master Maths Method? Ivy had quite a few gaps due to covid and when they went back to school subjects were too quickly moved on and this prevented Ivy from fully understanding, so this completely knocked her confidence. She would then doubt herself and not push herself to the next level, staying safe on a level where it wouldn’t knock her confidence.

How does Ivy find the group lessons? Ivy really enjoys her group lessons as they are all kind girls. Much to her own surprise as she thought she would prefer 1 to 1 as she didn’t want children hear her get things wrong!

Where is she now with 11+ maths? Ivy is doing really well with her 11+ maths, I would say she has a strong chance of passing if we continue to practice exam techniques and turning nerves into positives.

What would you tell another family who’s considering joining? I would say, it’s completely worth it, my child has benefited massively. It’s helped her to stop self doubt as much (still work in progress) and reach for her knowledge that she has with less worry. So reaching her true potential without worrying so much.
